Question: Do I need to be at home during the service visit?

Answer: You do not have to be home for service to be provided as long as your yard/dog area to be serviced is accessible. If you have a locked gate to the area that is to be serviced, you will need to make sure that the gate is unlocked for us to provide you with our service since employees are not allowed to climb or jump over fences. If you would like, we can provide you with a combination lock for your gate at no extra charge.

Please note that if your gate is locked and your yard is not accessible on the day of service, you will still be charged for the visit.

Question:  Can I stop/halt service when I am on vacation and my dog(s) is not using the yard?

Answer:   Yes. Just give us a call in advance to let us know when you will be away and we will discontinue service for that period of time, as long as there is no accumulation of dog waste during your absence. We will resume service when you return home.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept cash, checks, money orders paypal, and all major credit cards

Question: Is your company insured?

Answer: Yes. We are fully insured and bonded for you and our protection.

Question: When/How will I be billed for services?

Answer: payment in advance or on the day of service (this would require you to provide payment in person or left in an agreed upon location prior to service being provided). 

Regular service visits are billed on a prepaid monthly basis. Payment for your first service visit and for service visits for the remainder of the month that you first begin service will be due by the date of your first service visit. You can leave it for us in an agreed upon location prior to service being provided,  mail it to us by the end of the previous month, or you can pay online with paypal.

Answer: Yes. If you are an existing customer and refer a new customer to us, we will provide you with a $5 discount off your next invoice after your referral has had, and paid for, 3 regular service visits. There is no limit to the number of new customers you may refer to us, and after the tenth you will then receive $10 discount of your next invoice

Question: Do you offer any discounts?

Answer: Yes. We provide a 10% discount off of regular service fees for Seniors 60+, clients with assistance dogs, police, firefighters, and also if you pay monthly
